Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cutsaliz.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your coffee machine or any other product, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return Eligibility You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unopened packaging
  • Unused and undamaged (except for defects)
  • Purchased directly from Cutsaliz.com

2. Non-returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Used or opened coffee machines or equipment
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return To return a product, please contact our customer service team at info@cutsaliz.com or call (774) 202-2373 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have received the RA number, please send the item back to:

Please ensure the return shipping is prepaid. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. Cutsaliz is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item due to defect or error on our part, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.

6. Defective or Damaged Items If your coffee machine or product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. We may require pictures of the damage for verification.

7. Cancellation Policy You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
